29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: On or about 7/12/2012, at 813 South Ocean Blvd. in the city of Pompano Beach, FL; employees were engaged in the installation of roof tiles approximately 10 feet above ground without any means of fall protection. NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR THIS ITEM.
