29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not deenergized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started: (a) Worksite: An employee doing tree trimming and pruning work was shocked when he contacted a 7,600 volt electrical transmission power line; on or about 07/09/12. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
