Compressed air shall not be used for cleaning purposes except where reduced to less than 30 p.s.i. and then only with effective chip guarding and personal protective equipment. Employees utilizing compressed air for the purposes of cleaning were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the compressed air was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i. at the following locations: a) South wall of the speciality department b) West wall of the parts department
