29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):     Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:      (a) At the Enterprise Rent a Car construction site on 110 S US Highway 301 and SR 60 in Brandon where on or about 07/11/2012, employees were observed doing roofing work on a 5:12 pitch roof. The employees that were exposed to a fall of approximately 11 feet and 4 inches to the ground did not have fall protection. A fall at this height could cause concussions and bone fractures.
