29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v) a) In the Lower Shop, on or about July 13, 2012 - The employer did not affix a label to two containers containing the submerged arc flux Lincolnweld 761. Lincolnweld 761 contains quartz, magnesite, manganese and/or manganese alloys and compounds, silicates and other binders, flourides, silicon and/or silicon alloys and compounds, titanium dioxide, and iron.
