29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):  Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    (a)  On or about July 2, 2012, the employer, did not ensure employees were protected from eye injury in that employees using pneumatic nail guns did not wear safety glasses while roofing a house located at 3629 Alpine Place in Colorado Springs, Colorado.    Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
