29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a) Rafael Rivera Roofing at 2000 S. Sheridan, Denver, CO 80227: On and before June 1, 2012, the employer did not ensure the employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in construction activities on a roof with a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet 6 inches without the use of a fall protection system. Rafael Rivera Roofing was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313716953, Citation Number 1, Item 1 issued on January 27, 2010 and became Final Order on April 28, 2010 with respect to a workplace located at 10695 W. 35th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.
