Location: 1777 Route 130 South, North Brunswick, NJ 08902 Condition observed on/or about 7/12/12.

29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator was competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l) a/ KCC Promotions, LLC./North Brunswick NJ Site - Front of the building: The employer did not certify that each operator had been trained and evaluated to operate forklifts as required by 1910.178 in that he allowed the employee/operator to be elevated 7 to 8 feet while standing on a wooden pallet exposing him to fall hazards. Location: 1777 Route 130 South, North Brunswick, NJ 08902. Condition observed on/or about 7/12/12.
