29 CFR 1915.56(e):     Arc welding and cutting operations were not shielded by noncombustible or flameproof screens to protect employees in the vicinity from the direct rays of the arc.    (a)  Bow of Resolution:  On or about July 11, 2012 and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to flash hazards to the eyes when Udelhoven employees were striking an arc during welding operations.  This exposed employees to burn hazards to the eyes.     (b) Stern of Resolution:  On or about July 11, 2012 and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to flash hazards to the eyes when Udelhoven employees were striking an arc during welding operations.  This exposed employees to burn hazards to the eyes.
