29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers:    a) On or July 16, 2012 - at the jobsite located at 353 East Kensington Avenue, Chicago, IL. - the employer did not ensure a competent persons evaluated the hazards associated in the employees work environment, thereby exposing the employees to a building collapse.
