29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a) Aurora Gutter and Down Spouts at 8039 Decatur St., Westminster, Colorado 80031: On or before June 28, 2012 the employer did not ensure the employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in construction activities on a roof with a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet without the use of a fall protection system.
