This violation occurred when employees in the Fiscal Department on the third floor of the Xavier South building were exposed to fungi in the work areas.      c)  The employer does not ensure that places of employment are kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed.  This violation occurred when employees on the fourth floor of the Xavier South building were exposed to fungi in the work areas.
