Boaters Paradise was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iii)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316472943, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed by final order on 5/14/12 to a workplace located at  1037 SW Pine Island Rd., Cape Coral, FL.
