Alex Carrillo (Alejandro Carillo), the owner of El Dorado Construction, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent, 29 CFR 501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314660374, citation number 1, item 1, issued November 2, 2010 and became a final order on January 22, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 11853 Hannibal Street, Commerce City, CO 80022.  Alejandro currently operates under the trade name El Dorado Construction.
