29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii):     The building and/or facility owner(s) did not notify prospective employers, tenants, employees of the owner, and all employers of employees who would  be performing work within adjacent areas of the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing material or presumed asbestos containing material, at the work sites in their buildings and facilities in writing, or a personal communication between the owner and the person to whom notification must be given or their authorized representatives:      a.  At the work site located at 1361 Presidential Drive, Columbus, Ohio, employees who worked for sub-contractors were demolishing multiple apartment units as part of a renovation project with a short time frame. Village Green Construction did not inform the sub-contractors and their employees of the presence of asbestos in underlying flooring tiles which were being exposed and disturbed during the removal of over-lying flooring.
