29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(ii): The top edge height on all suspended scaffolds where both a guardrail and a personal fall arrest system were not between 36 inches (0.9 m) and 45 inches (1.2 m) above the platform surface: On July 3rd, 2012, employees of Osage Masonry were seen working from a scaffold at a height of approximately 20 ft with top rails that were not at least 36 inches (0.9 m) above the platform surface exposing the employees to fall hazards.
