The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated      a) On or about 7/17/12, at the front of Franciscan Hall on the Hilbert College campus, 5200 South Park Ave., Hamburg, NY: Two employees were exposed to potential fall of approx. 18 ft. while doing painting from the elevated "basket" of an "Admar Snorkel" aerial lift. Neither employee was wearing a full body harness with a lanyard, and neither was tethered to the basket in any other way.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
