At the Hudson Meat Company there was an electric mixer in the Pump Room that had damage to the outer sheath of the flexible cord.

At the Hudson Meat Company located in Columbus, Ohio the employer had damaged flexible conduit on the motor control box of the South Tumbler in the Pump Room exposing the conductors to damage where they entered the box.
