29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision in paragraph (b). a) Rear Right and Center Roof - Employees working on the top level of a two story building were observed off loading building materials from a telescoping boom fork lift. The workers were exposed to a 20 foot fall from elevation to the unpaved ground and scrap lumber below, on 05/09/12.
