Plant 3, Dock - On or about 7/17/12, The employer did not document that they complied with RAGAGEP such as IIAR Bulletin #114, in that the Ammonina liquid line, suction line and the hot gas (defrost) line were not labelled with the physical state of the ammonia, the relative pressure level of the refirgerant and the direction of flow.
