29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about Jluy 18, 2012, and at times prior, Cornerstone Construction Management Inc., as the controlling contractor, did not ensure that employees of The Rock Inc., a sub contractor, protected their employees from fall hazards in excess of 10 feet while engaged in stucco work with no fall protection in place. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
