29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of  guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     This violation most recently occurred on July 18, 2012, at a workplace located at 8626 Lakeview Parkway, Rowlett, TX 75088; where at least one (1) employee worked from the roof structure, not protected from falling an approximate 24-ft to the ground level below.
