29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(2): The equipment's maximum working radius could get closer than 20 feet to a power line and the employer did not meet the requirements in Option (1), Option (2), or Option (3) of this section: MPRP Central Loop Project, Larrabee Road, Lewiston - On July 11, 2012 the boom of the digger-derrick contacted a 34.5 kv energized power line and the employer did not meet the requirements in Option (1), Option (2), or Option (3) of this section. Note: The employer failed to comply with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.269.
