29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure:  (a)  Trico Construction LLC at 2162 Wagon Way, Louisville, CO 80027:  On July 12, 2012, the controlling employer did not ensure that framing subcontractor employees were protected from injury in that four employees were erecting and securing exterior walls on the second level of a residential home without using a fall protection system.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.  Trico Construction LLC, at 2162 Wagon Way, Louisville, CO 80027, was previously cited for violations of this Occupational Safety and Health Administration Standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which were contained in Item 1 of Citation 1 issued on September 28, 2011 (OSHA Inspection number 98221) and in Item 1 of Citation 1 issued on July 30, 2009 (OSHA Inspection number 313411647).
