29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): On or about 07/17/12 employees using hazardous material including but not limited to Icynene and CertainTeed were exposed to burns and/or irritation of the skin and lung conditions while insulating residential homes. The employer did not implement and maintain a hazard communication program to promote the safe handling and use of the hazardous materials. The employees were exposed to the hazard while using the chemicals inside of the warehouse and out in the field. Woodman Insulation, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315740324, Citation 1, Item 3(a), issued on 02/24/2012 and was affirmed as a final order on March 26, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2545 Ivy Street East, Cumming, GA 30041.
