29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6): All equipment covered by this subpart did not comply with the requirements of 1926.550(a)(15) when working or being moved in the vicinity of power lines or energized transmitters: At the employer's yard, employees were exposed to electrical hazards as they worked from a pallet platform on a JLG forklift within 4.5 feet to 10 feet of energized, overhead power lines, ranging in voltage from 220 to 7000 volts.
