29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems shall be installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrail systems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews. On or about 07/19/12, on the campus of Roberts Wesleyan College, located on 2301 West Side Drive, in Rochester, New York, employees working on a scaffold were not protected from falls. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
