29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: (a) 18-20 Meadow St Williamstown, MA: On or about July 11, 2012, an employee fell more than 18 feet from a ladder jack scaffold in use at this residence because he was not provided any fall protection by his employer. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
