29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) West Side of Building - An employee was elevated in a JLG 460SJ aerial lift to approximately 25 feet to install corrugated panels to the exterior of the building. The employee was observed not wearing a body belt (or harness) with lanyard attached to the boom or basket. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard on or about 07/19/12.
