29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502. (a)(LOCATION)(IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATIONS AND/OR CONDITIONS)(DESCRIBE HAZARD(S) WHERE NECESSARY) Jobsite located at 205 W. Waterford Cir., Andover, KS 67002 - Employees engaged in residential roofing activities, installing new felt roofing sheets, and removing old roofing materials were exposed to fall hazards of 10 feet 9 inches from the roof to the ground below. Employees were working on the 6x12 pitch roof with no fall protection methods in use. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
