Alfa Construction, LLC.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316388560, citation 02, item number 001, issued on March 28, 2012, with respect to a workplace at 1831 Cypress Reserve Drive, Land O Lakes, Florida 34639. The final order date was May 21, 2012.    Alfa Construction, LLC.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316073816, citation 01, item number 001, issued on October 18, 2011, with respect to a workplace at 20213 Torch Lilly, Tampa Florida 33647. The final order date was November 8, 2011.    29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. Exception: When the employer can demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems, the employer shall develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502:    a. On or about July 17, 2012, three employees performing framing operations were not protected from a 9 foot interior fall hazard by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any fall protection.
