29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3):     Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check. Applies to any extinguishers provided in the workplace.  Maintenance check includes an internal examination, except extinguishers with stored pressure.      At this workplace, employees involved in oil drilling operations were using a trailer unit containing living quarters and a work area.  The fire extinguisher adjacent to the entry did not have an annual inspection.
