29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):  Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a.  On or about July 19, 2012, on the 6:12 pitch roof, employees performing siding work on the wall were not protected from an 11 feet fall hazard by the use of a guardrail system, safety nets, or a personal fall arrest system.
