29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety nets systems, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:      (a) Newton & Associates at 1425 W. 141st Court, Westminster, CO 80023: On and before 7/18/12, the employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in construction activities while roof framing and sheathing on a single family residence. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet.     Abatement Note:  Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
