29 CFR 1910.106(d)(2)(i):  Only approved containers and portable tanks shall be used. Metal containers and portable tanks meeting the requirements of and containing products authorized by chapter I, title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (regulations issued by the Hazardous Materials Regulations Board, Department of Transportation), shall be deemed to be acceptable:    a.  On or about July 18, 2012, the employer stored chemicals in an area that was used for painting, exposing employees to a fire and explosion hazard.

29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1):  Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:    a.  On or about July 18, 2012, at the wood shop, the Grizzly table saw was missing the hood guard, exposing employees to an amputation hazard.    b.  On or about July 18, 2012, at the wood shop, the Delta International table saw was missing the hood guard, exposing employees to an amputation hazard.
