29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by rotating parts. a/ Technatron/Perryville Industrial Ctr./Hampton NJ Site Machine Shop 1/ "Puma 200" CNC Horizontal Lathe - limit switch was provided but was not in operating condition. The switch was located where it could not be readily seen. 2/ "Fadal 40/20" CNC Horizontal Milling Machine - limit switch was provided but was not connected. 3/ "Fadal 30/16" CNC Horizontal Milling Machine - limit switch was provided but was not in operating condition. Observed on/or about 7/20/2012.
