29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: a) On or about June 20, 2012 and at times prior RSI Inc. did not ensure that employees were protected from electrical hazards. Extension cords used at the WPA Gym were not protected from damage. The temporary panel box was located so that the cords had to run across the access area where vehicles drove across them. The cords were also run over by forklifts used by the masonry company in the work area.
