29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: (a) Jobsite at 301 Russell St., Hadley, MA: On or about May 23, 2012, employees were observed performing repairs on this roof without any fall protection more than 16 feet above the ground below: Morris Roofing & Sheet Metal Corp. was previously cited for a Repeat violation of a similar or equivalent Occupational Health and Safety standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313203796 that became a final order on April 28, 2010 with respect to a violation at 40 Wright St. Palmer Ma. 01069.
