29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) work site located at 98 Ford Road, Denville, NJ east side of commercial roof surface Employees were conducting roofing work on a commercial roof surface approximately 18 feet above the ground level without any type of fall protection, and were thereby exposed to fall hazards. Violation observed on or about 07/23/2012
