29 CFR 1926.100(a):     Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:        A)  16th Street, Fort Lee - NJ: An employee was exposed to head injuries while working below framing activities. The employee was not protected by a hard hat or other type of head protection, on or about July 17th 2012.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b)  Note:  If using these systems was infeasible or created a greater hazard, the employer should develop and implement a fall protection plan meeting the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502.      A)  16th Street, Fort Lee - NJ: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet while engaged in framing work on a residential structure, on or about July 17th 2012.      DE&J Masonry & Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (13) which was contained in OSHA inspection # 312865, Citation 01, Item 001, issued on 06/24/2010 with respect to a workplace located at 516 First Street in Palisades Park, NJ.
