29 CFR 1910.1001(d)(2)(i):     The employer did not perform initial monitoring of employees who were, or might reasonably be expected to be exposed to airborne concentrations at or above the 8-hour TWA and/or excursion limits:  Note:  The employer that does not meet either of the exceptions presented at 29 CFR 1910.1001(d)(2)(ii) and 29 CFR 1910.1001(d)(2)(iii) must comply with 29 CFR 1910.1001(d)(2)(i).      (a) At the facility basement, on or about 7/23/2012: The employer performed no monitoring for kitchen workers who obtained equipment and supplies stored below the poor condition friable duct insulation comprised of 60% Chrysotile asbestos.     Abatement certification must be submitted.
