29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:      a) 242 Pennsville Pedricktown Road, Oldmans Township, NJ 08067: The employer did not initiate a program consisting of frequent and regular inpsections of the worksite by a competent person.  Company employees were exposed to fall haards and other related injuries when performing roofing and other related activities at the worksite.  Condition noted on or about 07/10/2012.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:      a) 242 Pennsville Pedricktown Road, Oldmans Township, NJ 08067: Company employees were exposed to fall hazards,  ranging from approximately 8 to 20 feet to the ground surface below, when working/walking from pitched and flat roofs while performing roofing and other related activities.  The exposed employees were not provided with a Personal Fall Arrest System, safety nets, guardrails, etc. Condition noted on or about 07/10/2012.
