29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. On or about July 19, 2012 and times prior thereto, in the Fabrication shop, the employer did not ensure employees had clear access to the fire extinguisher at all times and that the fire extinguisher was identified with a fire extinguisher sign. The fire extinguisher was not readily accessible exposing employees to a fire hazard.
