(b)  For the employees cutting sheet metal on the Accurshear with a guard opening of approximately 2 inches and a distance from the point-of-operation of approximately 5 inches at SD Industries, Inc., located at 44204 245th Street, Alexandria, South Dakota.    (c)  For the employees operating the four press brakes using a foot pedal control without light curtains or other means of protection at SD Industries, Inc., located at 44204 245th Street, Alexandria, South Dakota.
