29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets (MSDSs) required by 29 CFR 1910.1200: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) The employer does not ensure that employees are provided information as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program including material safety data sheets. This violation occurred on or about July 24, 2012, near the restroom area where employees were using paint thinner to smooth trim without knowing the location and availability of the program including MSDSs.
