29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. a) Komara Press - Cords ran across the floor under a ramp made to protect them from damage which had a 1/4 inch lip at the floor level that is a tripping hazard, on or about 7/5/12.
