29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee working from an aerial lift. (a) Del Taco Restaurant /South Side (Main Entrance) located at 2521 Cobb Parkway, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employee was exposed to fall hazards while performing electrical work in a JLG 400S Aerial Lift without a fall protection system in place. The employee was working at heights of approximately 10' from the concrete sidewalk below.
