OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment in a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious phyisical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being struck by vehicular traffic: a) An employee was directing traffic without the use of paddles or signs; and b) Training was not provided to the employee in the recognition of unsafe conditions in work zone safety.
