29 CFR 1910.24(h): Standard railings were not provided on the open sides of all exposed stairways and stair platforms that were installed in accordance with the provisions of 1910.23: On or about July 23, 2012, fixed stairs used for access from one roof level to another lacked standard railings: a) The fixed stairs adjacent to the "Dry-O-Tron" humidificaiton unit lacked a standard railing on the right side descending and a midrail on the left side descending. b) The fixed stairs on the roof located to the northeast of the "Dry-O-Tron" stairs lacked midrails on both sides.
