Fresh Meadows, NY Employees working on south side of the fabricated frame scaffolds were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 24 ft to the ground. The working platforms were installed with only one scaffold planks. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.

Fresh Meadows, NY Employees bricklaying a chimney on the scaffold south side of the house were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 24 ft. to the ground. Guardrails or personal fall arrest systems were not provided. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
